Once again Lowkey has cleverly set about a track. Remember the whole Lowkey vs Chipmunk Twitter qualms? Well this time it's about Ghetts. The MTV 10 Top MCs of 2010 has caused a lot of controversy. Ghetts made a track entitled Who's On the Panel and basically sent for everyone involved bars the minus the likes of Devlin, Wiley etc. Lowkey as you'll be able to tell from the audio, wasn't too impressed about it. But just like the Chipmunk track, this isn't a send. Lowkey himself says at the end of the track "he is one of the best MCs that this country has ever seen.
