Shrimpoz' latest mixtape is a showcase of what to expect from him next year. With 2011 just hours away, expect a big year for the East London'er. The artwork has changed, but never-the-less, Big Things Come In Small Packages boasts features from Griminal, Lil Nasty, Maxsta and Stelf just to name a few names. As well as fifthteen tracks, Shrimpoz has also added the Chosen Ones set to the release too. Hit the jump for the tracklisting, and download here.
Fused Forces - Cold Turkey EP [Free Download]
Back at the end of October DJ Cameo span a new track by Blacks on his 1Xtra show. Fused Forces were the guys behind the beat. The duo who float between many genres have just laced together a free four track download. Don't expect any Grime beats to features, but expect a few wobbles during the duration of the EP. Catch Fused Forces at Shifted on the 13th January. As per usual we'll have two tickets to give away, check the blog for more info closer to the time. Download here and hit the jump for the tracklisting.
Kozzie - Daily Duppy Freestyle [Video]
(Photography by Kids of the Underground)
Rounding the year off with probably the most improved Grime MC of the year, it's Kozzie with his Daily Duppy Freestyle. At the start of the year Koz kicked it off Straight Off the Book Volume 1, as well as Ragz Volume 1 with 'Ardest Barrers. Not too long after the 'Ardest Barrers mixtape Kozzie left the crew and since then has taken the scene by storm. His presence at raves as been second to none, and his Spartan vocal entitled Destrucation was on of the Grime tracks of 2010. His mixtape The Problems Started has been completed, now we wait for a release date in early 2011.
Nationality – Global Warning [Free Download]

Blacks Feat. Tommy Bones - Barbarick Life of Ours [Video]
(Photography by Kids of the Underground)
OGz Little Dee has jumped on the Rap wave, so has Blacks by the looks of it, but a little less than Littles. Blacks easily flows over Grime and Dubstep as we know, but it also seems he's not too bad on Rap either. Don't expect Blacks to switch over like Little Dee apprently is currently doing, but don't be suprised when you hear the odd Rap track from Blacks. Mr Blue aka Tommy Bones also appears on this zoner of a track entitled Barbarick Life of Ours.
Slix Feat. Ragz Original - Gothic [Video]
Slix keeps releasing video after video from the Flee EP, and here's the latest. This time around Ruff Sqwad member Slix has called upon Ragz Original not only for a instrumental, but he's also laced a few lyrics for the track too. Track six Gothic of the Flee EP is up for free download here.
Trim - 3 Bloodline Disses [Audio]
They say good things come in threes, and Trim have proven that quote. On the 14th of this month Trim released part on of the Lowdown in which several bars were wrote for Bloodline's Big H. Today he's back with three track in which he sends for the whole of Bloodline, Big H, then Paper Pabs. The best of all three though being Stars In Their Eyes where Trim uses several flows from various Bloodline members.

Trim - Oh No (Paper Pabs Diss) - Download here
Griminal Feat, Chipmunk. Ghetts, Lil Nasty, Krept, Wretch 32 & Baby Blue - Supa Dupa Remix [Radio Rip]
Just as we thought the whole Griminal vs Kozzie qualms had died out, it turns out is hasn't. Straight from the outset Grim unleashes bars directed towards the former 'Ardest Barrers crew member. Supa Dupa was produced before Griminal was signed, and he's called upon a few names such as Chipmunk, Ghetts and Lil Nasty to jump on the remix.
Dirty Danger - Game Over Freestyle [Video]
Another new video from Dirty Danger's Loose Change EP today. Just yesterday we saw the video for F U with Lee Brasco, today he's using the same beat as fellow Ruff Sqwad member Tinchy Stryder. Shot in all one take by one of the best cameramen in the game at the moment, Elmino, we have the video for Dirt's Game Over freestyle.
Trilla - 0121 [Video]
Arguably one of the best out of Birmingham, today we've got the 0121 track thanks to a Trilla x S-X hook up. The Birmingham MC who can skip over several genres linked up with Stay Fresh' Wolves producer to put together the anthem of Brum town. Trilla has been spitting the lyrics around the UK all this year and finally thanks to the infamous Flush Media, today we've got a video for the track.
Maveric - Best of 2010 [Free Download]
More time than not when artists gain new fans, the fans will think they're brand new artists that have come out of no-where. Take Roll Deep, Tinchy Stryder or Tinie Tempah with the mainstream crowd. Half the time the fans won't back track previous music either. Maveric has been making music constantly throughout 2010 such as the Black Clouds EP, the Bad Weather EP, and The Storm. Maveric has taken the best from each and put together one single download for his followers to download. This is also a little warm-up for the Rise Of The WildKats EP which'll be out on 1st January. The tracklisting is included in the artwork above, click to enlarge, and download here.
Dirty Danger Feat. Lee Brasco - F U [Video]
Freshly taken from Dirty Danger's latest free download, we've got the video for F U. The second track of the Loose Change EP, which was released boxing day, features long-term friend of Ruff Sqwad Lee Brasco. Avid Grime listeners will know this isn't the first time the duo have come together for a track, and you can download the Loose Change EP by Dirty Dange here.
DJ Limelight Presents: Stay Fresh [Free Download]
It maybe be a few days late, but sometimes it's better late than never. Originally Stay Fresh' mixtape was mean't to be put up for free download on the 25th, but as of today you can go get it for absolutely nothing. Everyone from Macca to Raider to Casper features on the mixtape. Of course throughout though there will be productions from S-X. Tracks include 16 for 16, their version of Game Over, plus a handfull from each artist in the crew. Download here, hit the jump for the tracklisting as well as a new freestyle from Raider.
Skepta - Mike Lowery [Video]
The response to Mike Lowery since last week has been amazing. Grime fans really took to the track well and Logan Sama span it on his show last Monday. Skepta has taken upon this and shot a video for the track asap. It's not quite what you'll expect, very Saw-esque (regarding the film Saw). It's a bit random to be fair, but good to see there's a video floating about for the track. Doin' It Again out January 31st.
Stay Fresh - Game Over Remix [Track of the Week]
(Photography by Kids of the Underground)
You can't argue with 23k hits in a week, so you can guess why Stay Fresh got Track of the Week this week. Their version of Game Over has racked up a huge amount of hits in a short space of time, but there's been various other decent Grime tracks this week too. DJ Whoo showcased another Skepta track, Dot Rotten remixed one of the Streets tracks, Fuda Guy returned, and Fire Camp hooked up with Ghetts for Ease Off.
J Beatz - The Clearout [Free Download]
Lacking decent Grime beats? Don't worry, J Beatz is giving away various instrumentals plus a few vocals as a Christmas present to everyone who's supported his music in 2010.On the free download there's seven instrumentals and five vocals. J includes his remix of Mega, as well as Swamp and Gun Runner. Vocals come from Bloodline's Bossman and Dan, Tre Mission, as well as Killa P. Download the Clearout here, hit the read more link for the tracklisting.
iCon - CL Vision Freestyle [Video]
It's been a relevantly quiet year for iCon this year. In 2010 iCon gave away Kova-ish which contained a back-catologue of tracks, so hopefully in 2011 he'll push his name further out there in the Grime scene. But today we've got a little Boxing Day special freestyle from him via CL Vision. iCon spits over Dot Rotten's Rowdy Riddim instrumental.
Dapz On The Map Feat. Tempa - King Of The Throne [Free Download]
Another free download this festive season, and it's from one of the Midlands finest. Dapz On The Map has linked up with Tempa (not Tempz) for the track King of the Throne. Dapz leaked the track via his Twitter like most artists over the past two days, and the track has been taken from his forthcoming release Bob & Weave. Download here.
Rival - Murder EP [Free Download]
Originally the Murder Edition of Return of the Rivz was meant to be out two weeks after Return of the Rivz. As you can guess, it didn't quite happen. Over a month later, still no Murder Edition. Apprently it was down to the managements fault, so in the end Rival has decided to throw it out as a free download instead. Rivz is already half-way through his second mixtape, so your going to be hearing a lot more from him in 2011. Download here and hit the jump for the tracklisting.
Tré Mission - Cameraman Sketch Freestyle [Video]
A couple of days back we heard Tré Mission's vocal of the Slang Like This instrumental, and now he's skipping over a Rude Kid production. Cameraman Sketch got an exclusive freestyle from the Canadian MC over Rude Kid's Rain Drops beat. Tré has built up a lot of hype in 2010, and all we need from him now in 2011 is a solid mixtape, and maybe hit the UK to spit in some raves? Watch this space...
P Money & Blacks @ Goonies [Video]
When it comes to Grime DJ's, there aren't many that level up with DJ Logan Sama. The same applies to Grime MCs. P Money and Blacks tear raves apart up and down the country, and here's one of their latest sets. The OGz duo recently had a set at Goonies in Birmingham, and Despa of Stay Fresh caught the evenings events on his trusty camera.
REC - CL Vision Freestyle [Video]
This year we presented REC's mixtape the Good Stuff, and here's some fresh material from the young MC. If your good enough, we're happy enough to promote you and your music. REC has proven he's one to watch out for, and in 2011 you can expect bigger things from him.
Ghetts - Merry Christmas EP [Free Download]
Out of the blue, we've got probably what'll be the best Christmas download you'll get this year. Ghetts is one of the best in the Grime scene, so when he can throw away thirteen tracks as a free download, the other MCs have a problem. As usual ZDot has the odd beat on the EP, as does Lewi White, Flava D and Dot Rotten. Features include Mercston, Griminal and Stutta just to name a few names. Download here, and hit the jump for the tracklisting.
Fumin, Natty & Royal - TopRecords Freestyle [Video]
It looks like this new freestyle from Fumin, Natty and Royal was shot the same night as the Man Down hood video. For those who wondered who Fumin was with in his video, here you go, it was Natty and Royal. And for those who wondered if they could spit bars or not, judge from the video below...
Menace Ivy - #RiddimKiller Freestyle [Video]
Keeping it in the Stay Fresh camp, this time around Despa has got Stay Fresh' Menace Ivy to spit the latest #RiddimKiller freestyle. Click the artwork above to enlarge and see the tracklisting, download the mixtape here.
Ishi 2Stripes - Game Over Instrumental [Free Download]
It's happend with the Wooo Riddim, it's happen with Pass Out, and most recently Pow 2011. A few Game Over Remixes have popped up, but expect this beat to get fully rinsed out by at least New Years Day. DJ Spyro was given the go-ahead by Tinchy and Ishi to leak the Game Over beat, so here it is in all it's WAV glory. Download here.
Dot Rotten - X-Mas Day 2010 Freestyle [Video]
(Photography by Kids of the Underground)
S-Star promised a special freestyle the minute it turned Christmas, and here it is. This year Dot hasn't penned a track sending for everyone who sent for him that year (yet), he's decided to drop a fresh freestyle for S-Star. The former OGz crew member also produced the beat he's spitting over too.
Lethal Bizzle Feat. JME, Chipmunk, P Money, Ghetts, Kano, 2 Face & Wiley - Pow 2011 [Video]
Controversy has surrounded this whole track from the beginning. First remaking a Grime classic, then the line up, after not being released to try and get to Christmas number one, now it's not being released till mid-Febuary. The video premiered today on Channel AKA, and tonight it's been officially uploaded to YouTube, with Wiley...

Cameraman Sketch got together the best MCs in the Nottingham area for a huge 55 minute set.

Boy Better Know - Crib Sessions [Video]
(Photography by Kids of the Underground)
The latest to step into Tim Westwood's house for a Crib Session are the North London crew of Boy Better Know. It wasn't the full line up that day for this Christmas special, but you'll be able to hear bars from JME, Shorty, Frisco and Jammer. The first video just consists of general chat, the second is where the freestyling starts, but it seems a bit short. Hopefully we'll see a third video up soon.
Bloodline - Daily Duppy [Video]
Today we've got a fresh freestyle from the Bloodline collective of Prez T, Bossman, Paper Pabs and Dan who've spat a few bars for the camera. Flash G is the man behind the first beat entitled Wake Up (Electric Edition). Look out for Bloodline's free download tomorrow hosted by DJ Limelight.
Skepta - Frisco [Audio]
Another new track from Skepta that got the first play by American DJ Whoo Kid. Tinie Tempah has already released his free mixtape hosted by Whoo Kid, now we're waiting on Skepta and Giggs to do the same. It seems Tinie will be pushing the urban pop sound in America, Giggs with UK Rap, and BBK's Skepta with Grime. Here's the latest track named after fellow Boy Better Know crew member Frisco due to the samples...
Diesle & C-Gritz - Sting Freestyle [Video]

Another name to add to that every growing list is Ruff Sqwad's Dirty Danger. Dange gives us a few little snippets in the video below of what to expect from him on 25h December...
DaVinche - All Because Of You Freestyle [Audio]
He's known for his beats, but DaVinche can also pick up the pen and write a few lyrics too if he wishes. A bit out of the blue, but today DaVinche put out a freestyle entitled All Because of You. For those wondering, no, it's not even on one of his own beats, Cornaboyz on the buttons for this one.
Fuda Guy - Traktor Freestyle [Free Download]
Bar the Game Over Grime Remix and his feature on Stutta's Girls & Music mixtape, it's been a good six months since we've heard from Fuda Guy. The year started off well with his single On My Own alongside fellow Ruff Sqwad member Tinchy Stryder and producer Blame, but then as time went by, he got slightly quiet. The Rock This 4 Now EP was a solid release of Rock influenced Grime, but now he's back just before Christmas with his version of Wretch 32's hit Traktor. Download here.
Footsie - Rastaman Pickney [Release Info]
Footsie has been relevently quiet this year. We've seen him hit Just Jam and release, Bag of Grease EP plus a video for his Wooo Riddim freestyle, but not much else. Maybe Foots has been at bookings? But it looks like he's been in the studio creating beats more time. On Christmas Day the legend and Newham General that is Footsie will unleash the Rastaman Pickney free download upon the Grime world. There will be three instrumentals from Foots, as well as a vocal, making that a total of four tracks. Above we have the artwork, but as of yet, no tracklisting.
Tré Mission - Slang Like This Freestyle [Video]
It turns out True Tiger sent Tré Mission the popular Sukh Knight beat not too long ago, and Tré tears the Dubstep beat apart. Many names have been thrown about to look out for in the new year, but a genuine name is Tré Mission.

(Photography by Kids of the Underground)
After the inital push-back, finally, Doin' It Again is being released. On the 31st January 2011, Skepta is unleashing his album upon the music world. The problem is, some fans could be left a little dissapointed. Doin' It Again includes various tracks we've already heard of before from the Boy Better Know crew member. The singles Rescue Me, Bad Boy and Cross My Heart all feature on the album. Other songs include Skepta's collaboration with N-Dubz - So Alive, All Over the House which featured on Been There Done That with Shorty, plus the P Diddy link up too, Hello, Good Morning (Grime Remix). Grime fans will be happy to here that the Doin' It Again 2010 edition will feature on the album, and so does Mike Lowery. With so many tracks on there we've already heard of before, Doin' It Again the album may not get the reaction Skepta may have hoped for. Pre-order it now via iTunes here.
Random Impulse Interview [Video]
Many have started off in Grime then gone off and made cheesey watered-down Pop music, but not Random Impulse, he's taken a different approach. 18 months ago he couldn't play the guitar, but he's now being tipped for big things in 2011. Impulse has fused his Grime lyrics with his electric guitar skills to create his own original sound. Random Impulse has also written for Lupe Fiasco, so he must be doing something right...
Durrty Goodz Freestyle On Tim Westwood's Show [Video]
Many know him as one of the best lyracists in the game, and it's clear to see why. Doogz stepped into the 1Xtra studio to remind us what the scene has been missing this year. It's been a good year for Grime, but Durrty Goodz put out a free Hip-Hop album if anything entitled Born Blessed, and a solid Grime mixtape would have been better. Roll on Febuary 2011...
DJ Limelight Presents: Stay Fresh [Release Info]
Another free download this Christmas thanks to DJ Limelight. As well as putting together Bloodline's mixtape, DJ Limelight has also help put together a Stay Fresh complimation too. Tracklisting and artwork above, click to enlarge.
Rival & Bezzy - Smoke G's [Audio]
Lifted from the new Rival and Bezzy mixtape which'll be released in the near future, we've got one track entitiled Smoke G's. The track still has that typical dark Rivz edge to it, but it's not very Grimy though. More towards Rap with Rival's Grime flow on the beat. There's no information regarding artwork, tracklisting or a release date with the mixtape, but you know where to find it when there is.
